Orders are posted in sturdy FSC jiffy bags which we encourage customers to reuse. If you've purchased the wrong edition in error and would like an exchange it, please contact us to let us know. The magazine must be returned in the original and unread condition within 7 days of receiving delivery.

All orders will be fullfilled after the 24th and 25th September 2022 launch events. Hereafter, orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail aims to deliver UK parcels in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays. For international orders, this can take up to a month.
