Hannah Hodgson

Guest Editor Issue 16

Hannah Hodgson is a poet living with life limiting illness, she is a  hospice user. Her work has been published by BBC Arts, The Poetry  Society, Butcher's Dog and Magma, amongst others. She is a 2021 winner of the New  Poets Prize (Poetry Business) and a 2020 Northern Writers’ Award. She  received a Diana Legacy Award in 2021; twenty are given worldwide  bi-annually for humanitarian and social action work. Her two pamphlets are Dear Body (Wayleave Press, 2018) and Where I’d Watch Plastic Trees Not  Grow (Verve, 2021). Proving to be a busy year, she has two pamphlets  forthcoming: Queen of Hearts (Poetry Business, 2022) and I Always Fall in  Love Inside Hospitals (Broken Sleep Books, 2022).
